You said it to the world, you said it to me and I wish you never had because you did not mean any of it!” Out of all of the cast members, Hilarie is really the only one where I can pick one scene and say “Yes, this is her absolute best.” This scene is incredible. Every emotion that Peyton has been feeling in the three years since her break-up with Lucas just comes pouring through. Hilarie nailed it. She’s the cast member that I feel improved the most throughout her years on this show, and it absolutely shows here. I just love it so much.
